This is pure conjecture on my part but in a scene with Tom and Harry I noticed the spires of the Barkers department store and the wonderful church which is almost opposite it. Looking at the angle and the distance away I searched for some new appartments and I am pretty confident that these fit the bill. I also remember the location was said to be part of an old college and indeed Queen Elizabeth College was on ths site in Campden Hill
